Fayre 6th December
Decorated charity stalls
and a host of street entertainment the Fayre marks
the start of the Festive season in Keswick. With the
Christmas tree and shops festooned with colourful lights,
and equally colourful local characters providing entertainment
the event is an occasion not to be missed.
The 11th Keswick Film Festival takes
place 25th - 28th February 2010.

The Words by the Water Literary Festival 2010 takes
place from 5th to 14th March 2010 at the Theatre
by the Lake in Keswick.

The 19th Keswick Jazz Festival takes
place Thursday 13 May - Sunday 16 May. The

The 14th Keswick Beer Festival will
be held on Friday 4th & Saturday 5th June 2010. Good
beers, good ciders and good entertainment was enjoyed
by all.

Lakeland Trails Festival of Walking
and Running, Keswick, Sunday 5th September 2010.
Starting and finishing in Keswick, the PUMA Derwentwater Trail Race and Puma
Derwentwater Challenge is a 14km circuit along well marked and marshalled footpaths
and bridleways takes in panoramic views of Lake Derwentwater and the surrounding
peaks of the Skiddaw and Blencathra range and the northern lakeland fells.

19th May to 23rd May 2010 .

a program designed to appeal to all who love
the Lake District and great mountain scenery
worldwide, the Cumberland Ale Keswick
Mountain Festival will offer many
activites and a choice of walks led by experienced
leaders. There will be an exciting series
of talks from leading mountaineers and outdoor
personalities at the Theatre by the Lake.
