Keswick at Easter
Hi all! Heading to Keswick tomorrow from N.Ireland, Love it, 3rd Easter in a row. Stay at quiet friendly caravan park about a mile outside Keswick, 'Dalebottom' awakened in morning by lambs! Two years ago hiked to St.John in the vale church behind caravan park, for Easter Morning Service, lovely. Last year drove down into Keswick to Congragational Church on Lake Road, for Easter Morning service...Brilliant! The place to be! The kids love the sunday school teacher she's a gem! We've been lots of times at July/Aug also, just love the place. Missed the year of the foot/mouth! Can't even start to recommend places too numerous to mention, but must announce, I climbed Sharp Edge last year! 8O not for faint hearted! Even made a phone call from 'EDGE' ...and I'm no spring chicken!! Go Everyone, Keswick that is, not Sharp Edge!

Out and about yesterday, Good Friday, I noticed that thousands of happy people had already turned up to enjoy the delights of Keswick. Great holiday atmosphere everywhere. Nice to see so many people enjoying themselves.
