Overspill from Millbeck Towers

Hello everyone.
My friends and I are staying in Millbeck Towers at the end of June, 2009.
We think we will have more people coming than we can fit in the property, so we're looking for any accommodation within easy walking distance of Millbeck Towers.
When I say "easy" walking distance, I mean less than a mile, ideally.
Is that possible?

Doug, there is other accommodation in the Millbeck or Applethwaite area. If you go to http://www.keswick.org you can search for suitable places in that area.
