Honister rambler
Is the Honister Rambler bus running this year? Will be camping down in Borrowdale early next month and that bus will be our lifeline to good walking.

Guest, thanks for the link. That will be just right for us as we intend walking on Red Pike and Haystacks (and others).

I'd just like to add that the Caldbeck, Borrowdale and Honister Rambles buses provide a good way of getting about without the worry of driving or car parking. More about local bus services on http://www.keswick.org/getting_about.asp and links to the timetables.
