I want to be back in Keswick.

Hi. I was living in Keswick for 22 years, and suddenly it all went pear shaped, and I moved to Ireland in November 2002. I am living in a town called Killarney at the moment and just got laid off from a good job. I really miss Keswick and want to be back there but i'm stuck!. So I'm keeping in touch with it all via the Keswick website.

I thought Killarney was a nice place. Isn't there a castle there? Sad to lose a good job. There are a lot of vacancies in the Reminder. :? but if you had to go then I suppose you won't want to come back.

The town is just the same, really. More shops have closed and will probably be replaced by anorak shops. The town square is still like a carpark despite some new paving having been done over winter.

And after a long dry spell it has rained just about every day for the last month.
