Dog Walking

Ive never visited Keswick before and I am hoping to visit during the spring break. I will be bringing my Labrador with me. I am only staying for the day and would like some information on where i can walk him freely. Many Thanks. Karan

Only spending one day here? I guarantee you will want to come back for longer. :wink:

You can walk your dog just about anywhere, but if you mean off the lead then anywhere on the fells (as long as he does not bother sheep), or on footpaths such as those through our various woodlands, around Derwentwater, up to Latrigg etc. In other words - no problem.
