nightlife in june

hi, im coming to keswick with couple of mates on 16th june for couple of nights. what clubs are there available? which are the best pubs to visit? and anyone have any ideas on a good b&b where they dont mind you coming in late?

Of course there are pubs. Hard to describe any one as better than others. The Pheasant on Crosthwaite Road or the Dog and Gun on Lake Road are good. For clubs, my son rates Rumours on Southey Street as being pretty good. I prefer the Conservative club.

Younger people go to the Loft, a club off the town square between the Kings Arms and the Skiddaw Hotels. For accommodation either the Skiddaw or the King's would be ideal, as there would not be too far to walk.

Can I add a vote for Rumours? Good bar & entertainment. We stay just down the road from there so not far to stagger.
