Looking for walking companions
hello
I'm looking for companions to walk the fells. I live in North Yorkshire and have mob. home in south Lakes. I spend as much time as I can in Cumbria. I have walked 75% of the Wainwrights but that was 10 years ago so might want to pace myself  . I hate big groups so i am just looking for individuals or very small groups for occasional walks. If anyone has any useful information on finding walking companions then leave me a message. Kathryn

Hi Kathryn
A good way to meet other walkers is to join one or two of the daily guided rambles which leave from the Moot Hall in Keswick every day during the "season". These are usually small parties, quite often with some local people who also like to walk but prefer not to do it alone.
